Living Sculpture Sanctuary mainly hosts one event per day, so our dates do book very quickly. During peak season, our dates can be booked up 15 to 24 months in advance. The sooner you can book your date, the better.

Yes; Although we highly recommend working with our preferred vendors, we do allow outside vendors. Before performing services, the new vendor must undergo a new vendor application process, along with a payment of a fee. For the following main categories: Catering, rentals, Dj/entertainment and fllowers. The new vendors must submit a complete application along with all required documentation, including proof of sufficient insurance to LSS at least 30 days before the event day.

Yes; We immensely care about the safety of our Sanctuary, especially our beautiful gardens and wildlife. For this reason, we do not allow hellium balloons, bubbles, glitter, confetti, birdseed, rice or any plastic unnatached decorations, open flames or other decor that may damage the Sanctuary infrastructure. Candles must be enclosed in a glass holder or lanterns, but mainly we require the use of LED candles only. Sparklers send-offs are allowed only at the Healing Falls Esplanade or in front of the Fire Boulder area and are limited to 24 sparklers with a maximun length of 20 inches each.

Yes; An appointment is required as we have constant events. Our calendar gets filled pretty quickly, so we recommend setting your tour at least two weeks in advance, specially if you are planning to visit us on weekend days.

Based on availability, walk-ins are welcome during week days Monday to Thursday. Even though it may vary, tour lasts 45 min to an hour, approximately.

Our venue includes a beautiful clear ceremony tent with bistro lights whitin the rental fee. Additional tents can be secured using our exclusive vendor, but are not included on the rental. This company provides customized and high quality tents that adapt to most open areas of the Sanctuary. To secure the tents, you must contact the company directly at least 5 days before the event.
